Adam Holstein Community Training (AHCT) provides high-impact, practical and sector-informed training solutions for organisations working across Disability Support, Aged Care, Mental Health and Community Services.
Backed by nearly 30 years’ experience in the disability and community sector, AHCT’s trainer delivers training that is grounded in real-world practice, contemporary sector standards, and a deep understanding of Disability, Aged Care & Mental Health environments and the challenges facing frontline staff.

Adam Holstein
Founder and Lead Trainer
Adam Holstein is a highly respected disability and mental health professional with almost 30 years of frontline support and leadership experience across the community sector.With formal qualifications in Social Sciences, Disability, Leadership and Training,
Adam brings both academic depth and real-world credibility to his work. He has supported people across individualised services, accommodation, day programs and employment services — working in roles ranging from direct support to supervision and operational leadership.
For the past 12 years, Adam has specialised in workforce development as a trainer and assessor within a community services organisation and RTO, delivering both accredited and non-accredited programs across the disability, mental health and aged care sectors. His training is grounded in lived industry experience, practical application, and an understanding of the challenges facing today’s workforce.
Beyond the training room, Adam is an engaging MC, facilitator, podcaster and presenter. He has hosted and facilitated events for organisations including MS Australia and South Western Sydney Primary Health Network and Macarthur Lions Club, along with numerous local councils and community organisations.
Adam is known for his authentic style, practical insight, and unwavering commitment to strengthening the capability and confidence of those who support others.
